Auto Physical

1) Tap or click on the Auto Physical button

to turn on prompting of the physical entry screen while scanning an item.

1. Tap Auto Physical
Tapping the red Auto Physical button will turn on the option and change the button to green.

Auto Physical is on (Green)

When the Auto Physical button is green, the system will prompt the user the following on-hand quantity prompts.

Scan item

Scan or enter in the Item ID for the item to update the on-hand quantity

Tap Quantity On Shelf field

4. Tap Quantity On Shelf field
Tap the Quantity On Shelf field to present the on screen keyboard.

Tap in the physical quantity

5. Tap in the physical quantity
Tap in the physical quantity of the current item.

Tap Done

6. Tap Done
Tap the Done button to post the quantity.

Tap OK

7. Tap OK
Tap the OK button to confirm the posting. Repeat Steps 3 through 7 for each item.
