NMR Setup

Upon deciding to utilize New Media Retailer (NMR) for your store's online shopping, either your store or NMR should contact Profile Systems Design Group, Inc. for a quote for the TransActPOS NMR module.  The quote is sent to the store via the preferred electronic signature utility.  Once your store signs the quote, it is converted to a sales order and set to 'approved' status upon receipt of payment. 

 

Our support team modifies your store's activation code in PSDG Serial to enable communication with NMR.  Then, our support team contacts New Media Retailer to acquire a username and password for the communications module.  These credentials are entered in NMR Setup in System | Company Setup | Inventory Page 1.

 

All TransActPOS applications must be restarted.  The Mercury Server application starts NMR and processes items marked WebStore in the inventory file.
